Miracle baby Easten turns 1!!! Cambridge, MN

Here is miracle baby Easten! Little Easton was Born Aug. 10 with a heart defect, Easten had no choice but to undergo open heart surgery at just six days old.
He was born with a condition known as hypoplastic left heart syndrome, the left side of Easten’s heart was underdeveloped. Only the right side was pumping blood. Essentially had just half a heart! But this little guy's new heart, melts anyone's heart when they meet him. My sister contacted me to do his 1 year photos and I jumped at the chance to meet him and his family! And WOW what an awesome family!! WE had a great time. Derri THANK YOU for letting me take his photos, I enjoyed meeting you aand your little Monster, he as got to be the sweetest baby I've ever meet!! Kirsten's Senior Photos, Braham MN

I took the very sweet Kirsten senior photos a few weeks ago. And WOW, what a beautiful girl inside and out! Her love for her animals is so neat to watch. I talked on my facebook page about loving my "Moment Photos" that just happen photos. It's those photos that keep inspiring me to be creative with my camera!! There shots you can't pose to make, they "just happen" at the perfect time! The one photo particular I'm talking about is the one with Kirsten and her kitty! She was holding him and just started to talk to him, at that moment I put the camera to my eye, and had my finger on the shutter button, and then up went his paw on her lips, and "SNAP" I took and got it, the look she was giving him was so tender and made the most beautiful photo of all! These are truly my favorite photos! But Kirsten is such a beautiful girl and I had a GREAT time taking her photos!

BROOKE'S 7 year photos!

Brooke is turning the BIG 7 this year.... WOW, it's so crazy I feel like I just did her photos from last year a few months ago!!! This time we decided to pick our location in town of Rush City. As I work in this town I do a lot of driving around, and I had found some super AWESOME spots I've been dying to try!!! So we decided to settle on taking photos over at the Grant House. And I am totally thrilled we did!!! Brooke was looking forward to her shoot with me and picked out her cute dress which worked out so nice for the photos and with the location we picked out. I was totally excited about these photos when I started working on them, cuz of all the color and who can resist that cute little girl missing her 2 front teeth!!!! We even got to sneak some shots with Brooks little brother, Thomas!! These two kids are so fun to work with!!! Hope you guys enjoy your photos! Thanks for having me back!!! And HAPPY BIRTHDAY BROOKE!
